Neat room, fairly clean hotel in general.

A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The hotel is a great value. the location is ideal, close to a grocery store and fast food places. - the staff were all amicable and helpful, a definite plus.

Overall, our stay was nice, no complaints at all.

The breakfast with hot offerings and including a self-serve waffle station, for example was enjoyable and the people were affable and excellent there. The room was beautifully maintained and reasonably large, and the bed was comfy, I liked it.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and large and they have a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment and a writing desk. Overall the stuff is very friendly😀

The lobby had a veyr unpleasant smell when we checked in. When we checked out the smell was still there and the lobby was so smokey, it was almost foggy. Very strange.

I loved everything about Clairmont. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the room was very nice.

I would like to see the pool repaired. I've stayed there the past two times I've been to Warren and the pool has not been working.

It was really my only choice. I had to be in the area for a funeral and it was the closest place to stay.

Not really a complaint, however I rented a King Suite and all it was was a regular size room with a refrigerator, microwave and a desk. Just too much furniture for such a small room. Not enough room to move around comfortably.

Location

The beds were too high. My mother who is elderly and sick and very short could not get up on the bed. We asked for a stool and they had nothing to accomodate.

The setting is marvelous and ideal, near the grocery store, fast food places, and the town center. There's a gift shop a short distance from the hotel too. Helpful and excellent staff as one would expect.

The room was very comfortable with nice amenities, and it was very clean. The hotel was recommended by my Aunt who lives a few blocks away.

The staff was professional and couteous.
